In this appeal, Interior Credit Bureau (ICB) challenges the enforceability of an oral stipulation to settle a case. The oral settlement was entered into by counsel with the authority of their clients. After the agreement had been made, ICB sought to withdraw from the settlement. It is contended that the trial court erred in granting a motion to confirm the settlement agreement. We affirm the judgment of the superior court.
